VOLUME MESH SUBDIVISION DEVICE AND VOLUME MESH SUBDIVISION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a volume mesh subdivision device which is hard to generate a flat cell even when applied repeatedly.

SOLUTION: A volume mesh subdivision device 1 includes: a boundary cell phase structure determination part 19 for determining whether or not a phase structure of each boundary cell included in the volume mesh matches a phase structure pre-registered as a phase structure of a flat boundary cell; and a cell point generation part 14 which generates a cell point by simple average when the phase structure of the boundary cell does not match the phase structure of the pre-registered flat boundary cell and generates a cell point by weighted average when the phase structure of the boundary cell matches the phase structure of the pre-registered flat boundary cell.
