PURPOSE: A multiple drug-resistant E.coli strain is provided to use as experimental source. CONSTITUTION: A multiple drug-resistant E.coli includes KCCM10990P stain; KCCM10989P strain; and KCCM10988P strain. A method for developing antibiotics comprises: a step of contacting a candidate material with E.coli of the KCCM10990P strain, KCCM10989P strain or KCCM10988P strain; and a step of measuring growth of the E.coli. |
