CONTROL OF BIODEGRADABILITY OF POLYVINYL ALCHOL AND CELLULOSE POLYMER MIXED POLYMER FILMS AND THE PREPARATION THEREOF

PURPOSE: A mixed biodegradable polymer film and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve tensile strength and biodegradability and to be degraded after certain hours. CONSTITUTION: A mixed biodegradable polymer film is a mixture of polyvinyl alcohol and cellulose based polymer. A manufacturing method of the biodegradable polymer film comprises the following steps: a step of melting polyvinyl alcohol and adding glyoxal and phosphoric acid to the mixture after adding PEG-400; a step of adding cellulose based polymer dissolved in water to the mixture; a step of manufacturing the mixture into a film on a glass plate; and a step of drying the manufactured film.
