PURPOSE: A power supply device of a transmitter of a fuel cell vehicle is provided to prevent start failure situations due to the discharge of a battery by sensing the opening and shutting of a fuel door in real time. CONSTITUTION: An IR(Infrared) data transmitter(40) transmits and receives data with a hydrogen charging station(50). A power supply device(30) is connected with the IR data transmitter and selectively supplies a power source. A fuel door opening and shutting detector(20) is connected with the power supply device and senses the opening and shutting of a fuel door. A common power source(10) is connected with the fuel door opening and shutting detector and selectively supplies the power source.
