PURPOSE: An electric power generation apparatus for sewage and waste water disposal plants is provided to allow a wind collection plate to guide wind to a blade and to increase the torque of a rotary shaft using the guided wind. CONSTITUTION: An electric power generation apparatus for sewage and waste water disposal plants comprises an aeration tank(100), an air diffuser(200), a rotary shaft(300), turbine blades(320), blades(330), wind collection plates(340), and a generator(400). The aeration tank has a water supply line, a water discharge line, and a rotation support shaft. The air diffuser is installed in the inner bottom end of the aeration tank and generates air bubbles underwater. The bottom end of the rotary shaft is coupled to the rotation support shaft. The turbine blades are formed in the ends of a support horizontally formed in the rotary shaft and rotate the rotary shaft. The blades are installed in the top ends of the turbine blades and rotate the rotary shaft. The wind collection plates increases the torque of the rotary shaft by guiding wind to the blades. The generator is installed in the rotary shaft and generates power when the rotary shaft is rotated. |
