PURPOSE: A dummy lead frame is provided to appropriately control the thickness of a dummy heater sink, thereby smoothing a flow of epoxy molding compounds coated on a plastic lead frame. CONSTITUTION: A dummy die pad is provided. A dummy cooling fin(2) is connected to one side of the dummy die pad. A dummy lead part(3) comprises a plurality of dummy leads(31) and a dummy plate(32). The plurality of dummy leads is extended from the other side of the dummy die pad. The dummy plate is connected to the plurality of dummy leads. The dummy die pad, the dummy cooling fin, and the dummy lead part are comprised of plastic materials.
