<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely detect the opening of a non-contact communication device without increasing the number of detection means. <P>SOLUTION: A non-contact communication device 1 includes a circuit board 10 in a storage member 2 whose sealing is possible in a state that gas is poured. A bending deformation part 4 whose bending deformation is possible in accordance with an air pressure in the storage member 2 is formed in at least a portion of the storage member 2, and configured so as to be set at a first position in a predetermined state that an internal air pressure in the storage member 2 is higher than an external air pressure, and to be set at a second position when the internal air pressure becomes lower than that in the prescribed state.
