<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric module which has flexibility and efficiently generates electric power, and to provide a manufacturing method of the thermoelectric module. <P>SOLUTION: A thermoelectric module 600 includes: a substrate 300 having defective heat conductive parts 110 having different heat conductivity with respect to a thickness direction and heat conductive parts 120; and thermoelectric elements 500, 510 thermally joining the defective heat conductive parts to the heat conductive parts. In each defective heat conductive part of the substrate, a heat conductive sheet, in which heat insulation layers are provided on both surfaces of the heat conductive layer, is formed so as to be laminated horizontally along a surface of the substrate.
