<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide required X-ray imaging CT images with smaller exposure by executing contrast imaging scanning at more appropriate timing. <P>SOLUTION: An X-ray CT apparatus includes scanning condition setting means and imaging means. The scanning condition setting means sets sampling intervals of X-ray detection data at unequal intervals according to the index value of the concentration of a contrast medium injected into a subject.
