PURPOSE: A component loading device is provided to securely support the lower surface of a component on peripheral parts of the component without increasing contact area between the component and a support member. CONSTITUTION: A component loading device comprises a plurality of pillars and support members. The plurality of pillars is comprised of two first pillars(21A,21B) and two second pillars(22A,22B). The plurality of pillars respectively supports the plurality of support members at support positions in which the support members are arranged with a fixed distance from each other. The support member comprises a first support member(31A,31B) and a second support member(32A,32B). The first support member is arranged in parallel on the boundary of a square-shaped region(R) which combines the two first pillars.
