PURPOSE: A memory controller for simultaneously multiple access is provided to access cells in various forms about cells within a three-dimensional data array and map the cells to a one-dimensional memory module. CONSTITUTION: A control unit processes memory control signals(S100). A memory module selector calculates a memory module of a physical memory which is mapped with a base coordinate of a three-dimensional data arrangement(S200). The memory module selecting unit performs selection and control of n memory modules(S300). A data routing processor performs data routing(S400). A memory address calculating unit calculates an address of data storage target memory cells of the selected n memory modules(S500).
