POWER SUPPLY CONTROL DEVICE, IMAGE PROCESSING SYSTEM AND POWER SUPPLY CONTROL PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve certainty of discrimination whether a moving body to be detected is an operation performer of a processing system or not and to realize reduction of power consumption and convenience in the processing system.

SOLUTION: A first human sensor 28 detects a movement of a person (Aa), and a second human sensor 30 detects existence of the person while the movement of the person is detected (Ab). At that point of time, the person is just in front of an image processing system 10 and whether the person intends to perform an operation or the person just passes through the image processing system without stopping is not known. Then, the movement of the person comes to be not detected by the first human sensor 28 in a state where the existence of the person is detected by the second human sensor 30 (Ac). The state means that the person stops in front of the image processing system 10 and the person is determined to have an intension to operate the image processing system 10 and a power saving mode is to be released.
