<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a bicycle parking trestle from escaping from a rail to allow a bicycle to be easily loaded thereon when parking the bicycle. <P>SOLUTION: A step tread 21 biased upward is mounted on a bicycle parking trestle 3. A brake lever 30 is provided to the undersurface of the bicycle parking trestle 3. A braking member at the tip of the same is directed to a rail 2. When a front wheel F steps on the step tread 21 at bicycle parking, the step tread 21 goes down to advance the brake lever 30. The braking member is pressed onto the rail 2 to apply brake. A push member fixed to the brake lever 30 presses a latch to fix the brake lever 30 and to maintain a braking state. When the front wheel F passes through the step tread 21, the braking state to the rail 2 is maintained while the step tread 21 returns to an original position. When a rear wheel R steps on the step tread 21, the brake lever 30 slightly moves forward. The push member presses the latch to be unfixed.
