PURPOSE: A refrigerant recovering device with refrigerant recovering tank having a coil inside is provided to reduce a time to decrease temperature by a using direct cooling method because a coil in which cooling water circulates is inside. CONSTITUTION: A refrigerant recovering device with refrigerant recovering tank having a coil inside comprises a compressor(141), a condenser(142), a coil(145), and an expansion valve(144). The coil is placed inside a recovering tank(110) and the heat exchange between refrigerants and heat exchange refrigerants is rapidly generated. A pressure sensor for recovered refrigerants(122) and a solenoid valve(123) are placed near the other side of a return line(120). When recovering the refrigerants from an object to be wasted, an operation of the solenoid valve and a recovering compressor is controlled if the pressure sensor for recovered refrigerants is out of a set pressure value. If exceeding the value, the solenoid valve is opened and the recovering compressor is driven. If not, the solenoid valve is closed and the recovering compressor is stopped.
