PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a roll-type elastic mat for a tennis court or multipurpose stadium using a waste rubber magnet is provided to improve a nonslip function by forming fine curves on a surface layer using cork chips. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a roll-type elastic mat for a tennis court or multipurpose stadium using a waste rubber magnet is as follows. Waste rubber magnets are melted(S10). Waste rubber magnet chips are produced by extruding and cutting the melted rubber magnets(S20). An elastic foundation layer is formed by mixing 80-90 weight% of the waste rubber magnet chips with 10-20 weight% of binder and compressing and molding the mixture(S30). An elastic surface layer is formed by mixing 40-50 weight% of cork chips with 50-60 weight% of binder and compressing and molding the mixture(S40). The elastic surface layer is attached on the elastic foundation layer(S50). |
