PURPOSE: A tethering service charging support system, method, terminal, and application apparatus thereof are provided to offer various charging selection methods to a user by supporting selective charging methods according to tethering connection request apparatuses based on the identifier information of a communication terminal. CONSTITUTION: A communication terminal(100) requests a tethering service. A tethering terminal(200) supports the tethering service of the communication terminal. A communication service providing apparatus(400) supports communication services of the communication terminal. A charging service application apparatus(500) charges communication service fees by using port information or the identifier information of the communication terminal.
