摘要 PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for producing EVA(Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) films for a solar cell using a steel belt and the EVA films produced by the same are provided to improve energy efficiency by directly producing films on an inner surface of a steel belt with heat transferring and cooling methods. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for producing EVA films for a solar cell using a steel belt comprises a T-die(1), rotary rolls(6), a steel belt(3), heat transfer devices(4), and a cooling device(5). The T-die provides a EVA film sheet(2) for a solar cell in one upper side. In order that the rotary rolls receive the EVA film sheet for a solar cell, one of the rotary rolls is located under the T-die and the other rotary roll is rotated to be separated from one rotary roll. The steel belt rotates the EVA film sheet wound around the peripheries of both rotary rolls and supplied. The heat transfer devices and the cooling device directly supply heating medium and cold medium to an inner surface of the steel belt.
