<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize high-speed and accurate extraction of a hook-line part from sound signals formed by music. <P>SOLUTION: A feature amount extraction part 32 extracts a feature amount of a predetermined type from an acquired sound signal, in chronological order. A change-point detection part 33 detects change points where an amount of change in the feature amount extracted in chronological order changes more significantly than a predetermined threshold. A change-point integration part 34 integrates the change points. A hook-line analysis part 35 uses the feature amount to analyze a hook-line part in the sound signal based on a block unit with setting the integrated change point as a parameter. A hook-line integration part 36 integrates hook-line information. A hook-line information output part 37 outputs the hook-line part integrated by the hook-line integration part 36, as hook-line information.
