MANUFACTURING METHOD OF ROTATOR OF SQUIRREL-CAGE INDUCTION MOTOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a squirrel-cage induction motor having higher performance than that of a conventional motor without changing the size.

SOLUTION: A rotor core is stored in a cavity (C1 and C2) so that the lamination thickness direction of a magnetic steel sheet constituting the rotor core is a vertical direction. The pure aluminum of liquid phase is supplied from the lower part of the cavity (C1 and C2) to the inside of the cavity (C1 and C2) at a low laminar flow filling speed at 0.05[m/sec] or more and 0.2[m/sec] or less. The temperature of aluminium in a case of contacting the rotor core 200 stored in the cavity (C1 and C2) is set to 630[°C] or more and 660[°C] or less.
