The device (10) has an electrically insulating substrate (20) for arranging a sample on a side of the substrate, where the side is defined as a measuring side (20a). Electrically conducting measuring electrodes (32a-32e) are arranged in the form of a measuring arrangement (30) on the measuring side of the substrate, and comprise an electrode terminal (34). The measuring electrodes are connected with a measuring device by the electrode terminal and sectionally and concentrically arranged together. A partial transparent section is provided within one of the measuring electrodes.
