GRAFT COPOLYMER HAVING HIGH PERFORMANCE AND A PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A highly functional graft copolymer is provided to have excellent mechanical properties such as scratch resistance, hardness, elongation and breaking strength, and to be applied to various components requiring elasticity and functionality. CONSTITUTION: A highly functional graft copolymer comprises an ethylene-based terpolymer as a backbone, a polar polymer containing one or more kinds of polar group selected from OH group and NH2 group, or an acrylate-based homopolymer or copolymer, and has a glass transition temperature of (-20)-(-60)°C. The ethylene based terpolymer comprises 60-95 mol% of ethylene units, 3-35 mol% of C6-C12α-olefin units, and 0.5-5 mol% of one or more kinds of functional units selected from a group consisting of divinylbenzene and paramethylstyrene.
