PURPOSE: A device for manufacturing synthetic wood with improved slip-resistance, and a method thereof, and a synthetic wood manufactured using thereof are provided to prevent slip accidents of pedestrians by including quartz sand, silica, or alumina. CONSTITUTION: A device for manufacturing synthetic wood with improved slip-resistance comprises an extruder, a mold, a cooling pond, a drawing out device, an infrared ray heater, an inorganic material supply vessel, and a compressing roll(70). The extruder comprises a hopper, a heating cylinder, and an extrusion screw. The mold manufactures synthetic lumber extruded product using the extruded product which flows in through the extruder. The cooling pond cools and molds the extruded product drawn from the mold. The drawing out device draws out the extruded product which passed through the cooling pond. |
