<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of simply diagnosing synchronization accuracy of rotary biaxial motion at a low cost. <P>SOLUTION: A ball is placed at a predetermined position on a flat plate surface mutually independently rotatably supported around two axes (S1). A plate is periodically rotated with an angle given by an amplitude of a sine function around one of the two axes from a horizontal position, and is periodically rotated with an angle given by an amplitude of a sine function having +90° different phase from that of the sine function around the other axis, so that the ball is rolled without sliding on the plate surface (S2). The Deviation from the preliminarily calculated reference circle of the trajectory of the movement of the ball on the plate surface is detected, so that synchronization accuracy of rotation movement around the two axes is diagnosed (S3). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
