SKIN SUBSTRATE FOR HEAT FORMING, SKIN MATERIAL FOR HEAT FORMING AND MOLDING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin substrate for heat forming superior in followability; a skin material for heat forming using the same; and a molding integrated with a substrate mat.

SOLUTION: The skin substrate for heat forming comprises a fiber substrate containing a latently crimpable fiber which expresses crimps. The skin material for heat forming is formed by providing an adhesive layer on one side of the skin substrate for heat forming. In addition, the molding is formed by integrating the skin substrate for heat forming with the substrate mat with the adhesive layer interposed therebetween by heat forming. The molding can be preferably used as an acoustic material in an engine room of a vehicle.
