Cosmetic composition (I) comprises a water-soluble conditioner and an aminoethylaminopropyl silicone (II). Cosmetic composition (I) comprises a water-soluble conditioner and an aminoethylaminopropyl silicone of formula (II): n = 0-999; m = 1-1000; n+m = 1-1000; and R1-R3 = OH or 1-4C alkoxy, at least one being alkoxy, or R2 = Me. An Independent claim is also included for the treatment of keratinic materials by applying (I) and optionally rinsing with water.
