<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus capable of thin formation with easy cable drawing. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus 1 comprises: a circuit board 2 formed in a substantially rectangular plate shape; a plurality of male terminals 5 mounted on the circuit board 2; female terminals 6 respectively fixed to the plurality of male terminals; and cables 3 each having one end fixed to each female terminal 6. The one end of each cable 3 is fixed to the female terminal 6 in such a manner that the one end side of the cable 3 extends to a direction substantially parallel to a surface 2c of the circuit board 2. Also, the plurality of male terminals 5 are arrayed along an X direction parallel to a first end face 2a of the circuit board 2 or a Y direction parallel to a second end face 2b, and are mounted on the circuit board 2 in a manner to vertically rise relative to the surface 2c of the circuit board 2.
