<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a production plan for complying with a start time and a delivery date of an order while allowing a slight excess of process capability. <P>SOLUTION: A computer registers order information (STEP1), stacks loads of respective orders in time sections of delivery dates to calculate delivery date load accumulation which has been accumulated by the loads in a future direction of a temporal axis (STEP2 to STEP3), and stacks loads of the respective orders in time sections of start times to calculate start load accumulation which has been accumulated by the loads in the future direction of the temporal axis (STEP4 to STEP5). While satisfying delivery date accumulative production amount inequality constraint, final accumulative production amount equality constraint and start accumulative production amount inequality constraint, the computer determines the production amount in respective time sections so as to minimize variation of the production amount, and reallocates the loads by regarding the production amount as the process capability (STEP6 to STEP7). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
