MOBILE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, MOBILE STATION DEVICE, BASE STATION DEVICE, SGSN, GGSN, AND MOBILE COMMUNICATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication system, etc. capable of effectively utilizing a network resource by allowing the counting function of a base station device to fix a control method to release the network resource.

SOLUTION: A mobile communication system performs a multicast data distribution by a multimedia broadcast/multicast service (MBMS) bearer service to a mobile station device which is connected from a broadcast multicast service center (BM-SC) to a base station device by way of a gateway GPRS support node (GGSN) and a serving GPRS support node (SGSN) with an MBMS bearer established therein. When the multicast data distribution associated with an MBMS bearer context is stopped, the base station device transmits a session stop request associated with the MBMS bearer context to the SGSN, stops the multicast data distribution, and then, releases an MBMS bearer resource with the SGSN.
