PURPOSE: A target searching device, a method thereof, and recording medium based on the possibility of matching are provided to inform a user about whether a photographed target is a desired person based on fast image recognition. CONSTITUTION: Target information database(150) stores a face shape of a target which a first user desires. An input unit(130) receives priority information between a face shape of the target. A camera(110) receives the priority information of a second user. A preprocessor(120) detects the face from the image of the second user. A similarity determining unit measures a head size from the image of the second user.
