FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device and method for synthesising precursors of synthesis products at increased temperatures. Proposed device comprises furnace exposed to atmospheric air filled with gases consisting mainly of gases resulted from heating, synthesis and atmospheric air flowing therein, and, at least, one tank accommodated there inside with, at least, one exposed part intended for keeping synthesis process material and solid reducing material, designed to completely separate said synthesis materials from internal atmospheric air by, at least, one vessel and/or reducing material. Proposed method comprises placing precursor material in said tank, arranging solid reducing material in combination with said vessel so that synthesis material are separated by reducing material, arranging precursor material in furnace to heat if to synthesis temperature to produced synthesised products. ^ EFFECT: higher quality. ^ 14 cl, 6 dwg, 2 ex, 1 tbl |
