<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an airbag in which a vent hole is formed so that needlework surrounding the vent hole may be prevented from splitting when cushion is expanded by increasing a strength of the needlework part in which the vent hole is formed. <P>SOLUTION: The airbag is constructed by mutually put a first and second panels 1 and 2 in which a first groove 11 and second groove 21 are formed in a part of an end part, and a connection 4 to which an inflator F is attached is formed at one side; a through-hole 30 corresponding to the first groove 11 and second groove 21 is formed; a reinforcing panel 3, attached to inner side surfaces of the first and second panels 1 and 2 by a returning needlework L, is formed; and needlework part 5 is formed by needling the end part after the first and second panels 1 and 2 are superimposed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
