<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation method of a fuel cell system in which deterioration of fuel cells can be prevented. <P>SOLUTION: The step (S11) for activating a fuel cell system includes a carbon monoxide supply step for supplying fuel containing a lot of carbon monoxide to a fuel cell, and a power generation starting step (S15) for starting power generation of the fuel cell from a first temperature lower than the normal power generation temperature of the fuel cell. The step for stopping the fuel cell system includes the carbon monoxide supply step, a cell cooling step for cooling the fuel cell down to a second temperature lower than the normal power generation temperature of the fuel cell, and a power generation stopping step set in the subsequent stage of the cell cooling step and stopping power generation of the fuel cell. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
