<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust removal device which can suck and remove, without difficulty, not only powdery dust such as paper powder but also long dust such as string-shaped dust and band-shaped dust or longer dust. <P>SOLUTION: The dust removal device removing dust stuck onto a surface of a planar work 1 running in one direction comprises an air suction chamber 6 which is air-communicated with a vacuum suction device and the surface of which facing the work 1 is opened 4, a rotary brush 7 which is provided in the air suction chamber 6 so as to be able to slide-contact with the work 1, a motor 10 which drives the rotation of the rotary brush 7 and a fine-toothed comb 13 which is provided in the air suction chamber 6 so that a tip part thereof invades between brushes 9 of the rotary brush 7 and which is used for removing dust stuck to the rotary brush 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
