PURPOSE: A forcibly draining type toilet bowl and a washing device thereof are provided to secure water consumption reducing efficiency and to reduce unnecessary washing water around a rim drain. CONSTITUTION: A forcibly draining type toilet bowl comprises a jet water supply pipe(14), a rim drain water pipe(13), a first flush valve(20), a second flush valve(40), a connection pipe, and a push rod(27). The jet water supply pipe supplies washing water to a jet hole. The rim drain water pipe supplies the rest washing water to a rim drain outlet(11). The first flush valve supplies the washing water to the jet water supply pipe. The second flush valve supplies washing water to the rim drain water pipe. The connection pipe is formed between the first flush valve and the second flush valve and supplies the washing water to the second flush valve from the first flush valve. The push rod operates a first piston rod of the first flush valve and a second piston rod of the second flush valve.
