<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gap adjusting device of a circumferential welding rail of a tank, capable of adjusting a gap between fixed rails generated in attaching the rails of the predetermined length in inner and outer circumferences of a side plate of a tank. <P>SOLUTION: In the gap adjusting device of the circumferential welding rail of the tank, the fixed rails 13s in the prescribed length are sequentially connected in the circumferential direction along the side plate 10 arranged in the circumferential direction so as to form the circumferential welding rail 13. When an automatic welding machine travels along the circumferential welding rail 13, and a groove part of a lower end of the side plate 10 and an upper end of the existing side plate 10 below the side plate 10 is circumferentially welded, the gap formed by the difference between the connection length of the fixed rails when the fixed rails 13s are sequentially connected in the circumferential direction and the circumferential length of the rail position can be adjusted. A rail receiving base 26 is detachably provided on the side plate 10 in the gap between the fixed rails 13s, and an adjusting rail 13t is attached to the rail receiving base 26 movably in the circumferential direction so as to be connected to the right and left fixed rails 13s. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
