<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vector for expressing a fish protein and to provide a method for producing a protein, particularly a biologically active (native) film protein using the vector by solving problems in which precise glycosylation and folding of different kinds of proteins can not be carried out and biologically inactive proteins are often obtained in an expressing method by microorganisms, though expressing method by microorganisms such as yeast and Escherichia coli and expressing method by culture cell, etc., of mammal are known as the expressing method of a recombinant protein. <P>SOLUTION: The protein can be produced by preparing a vector containing a part or all of a specific base sequence as a promotor sequence and inserting the vector into fishes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
