PURPOSE: A composite composition is provided to improve physical properties like water resistance, impact strength, flexural strength, weatherability, etc, thereby providing products of various shapes, and to endure against acidity, alkalinity and deterioration. CONSTITUTION: A composite composition comprises 6-30 parts by weight of modified ramie stem powder of which particle size is 20-100 mesh and water content is 0-3 weight%, 70-94 parts by weight of synthetic resin, 5-10 parts by weight compatibilizer, 2-4 parts by weight of lubricant, 0.1-0.3 parts by weight of antioxidant, 0-10 parts by weight of filler, and 0-20 parts by weight of flame retardant, or comprises 6-30 parts by weight of the ramie stem powder, 50-84 parts by weight of synthetic resin, 10-20 parts by weight of lime of which particle size is 100-200 mesh, 5-10 parts by weight of compatibilizer, 2-4 parts by weight of lubricant, 0.1-0.3 parts by weight of antioxidant, 0-10 parts by weight of filler, and 0-20 parts by weight of flame retardant.
