PURPOSE: A fruit packing cap manufacturing apparatus is provided to mold a molding material automatically supplied from a grip transfer device to a conveyor belt into a fruit packing cap using a press. CONSTITUTION: A fruit packing cap manufacturing apparatus comprises the following: a cylinder forming device(200) molding a fabric supplied from a fabric supply device(100) into a cylindrical molding material; a press(300) molding the obtained molding material(W) into a fruit packing cap; a conveyor device(400) transferring the molding material under a movable mold plate(310) of the press; a conveyor belt(410) circulating in between a first roller(420) located in between the cylinder forming device and the press, and a second roller(430) located in between the press and a product receiver(500); and a grip transfer device(700) including a gripping unit gripping the conveyor belt and an upper transfer unit(411), and a transfer unit transferring the gripping unit.
