PURPOSE: Ventilation shoes are provided to facilitate the ventilation thereof while walking and to improve shock absorbing efficiency. CONSTITUTION: Ventilation shoes comprise a blasting tube(20), a blasting unit, a backflow prevention unit(30), an elastic member(40), an air guide path(50), and a suction pipe(60). In the blasting tube, an upper part and a lower part are integrally formed. In the blasting unit, an opening is formed. The backflow prevention unit prevents the backflow of the air of an air chamber through an intake hole. The elastic member compulsively expands the rear of the blasting tube. In the air guide path, a guide member is attached. The suction pipe is fixed to be stood on a wearing member.
