PURPOSE: A lens assembly, a manufacturing method thereof, and a camera module including the same are provided to shield unnecessary light causing noises and control a distance between lens units by adhering the opaque spacer between two lens units. CONSTITUTION: A lens assembly includes a first lens unit(100), a second lens unit(200), and a first spacer(400). The second lens unit is arranged on the first lens unit. The first spacer is interposed between the first lens unit and the second lens unit. The first spacer includes a plurality of sheets which are laminated.
