PURPOSE: A plant for manufacturing biofuel from microalgae is provided to easily control optimal culture condition for culture a large amount of microalgae. CONSTITUTION: A plant for manufacturing biofuel comprises: a plant space(1) having an inner space; a culture unit(2) which is placed in the inner space and continuously circulates and cultures fluid at each different site; and a temperature control unit. The plant space has a bottom part(100) formed of concrete; a wall part(110) surrounding the girth of the bottom part; and a ceiling part which covers an upper portion; and one or plural door(s) which is mounted at the wall part and forms the inner space.
