ANTO-STATIC NONWOVEN FELT WITH SUPERFINE FIBERS FOR DUST COLLECTING FILTER

摘要

PURPOSE: An anti-static microfiber non-woven fabric for a dust collection filter is provided to easily inhibit penetration of fine dust and to ensure high dust collection rate. CONSTITUTION: An anti-static microfiber non-woven fabric for a dust collection filter has three-layered structure containing a surface layer having 98-95 wt% of polyester staple fibers of 0.7-0.8 denier and 2-5 wt% of metal fiber of 1-2 denier, a scrim, and an inside layer which are integrated by a needle punching. A metal fiber of the surface layer has steel fibers and copper fibers in a weight ratio of 2:1. The scrim has stainless steel yarn woven by polyester of 300-500 denier.
