<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device capable of increasing dissolved oxygen in a deep water region in an environmental improving device and an environmental improving method capable of effectively improving a water quality in general bodies of water such as rivers, ponds, lakes, brackish areas. <P>SOLUTION: Gas is forcibly penetrated through crazes formed a polymer resin film in a compressed state, the gas is mixed in a fine babble state, a suction device, and a gas compressing machine such as an air compressor, a blower or others are arranged in the bottom part of the deep water region, thereby power cost needed for compressedly conveying the gas up to now is eliminated to reduce an operation cost. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
