DRIVE SUPPORTING IN-VEHICLE DEVICE AND DRIVE SUPPORTING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive supporting system which enables a third person such as a person skilled in driving to grasp a situation during driving and to then feed the situation back to a driver.

SOLUTION: A drive supporting in-vehicle device 1 includes: problem condition storage means 11 which stores a condition of a problem driving state; driving related information acquiring means 12; video capturing means 13; detection means 14 which detects the problem driving state when driving related information falls under the condition stored in the problem condition storage means 11; driving situation storage means 15 which stores a driving situation of an automobile; video editing means 16 which segments a video image each time the problem driving state is detected by the detection means 14; storage control means 17 which stores the segmented video image and the driving related information in the driving situation storage means 15 as the driving situation in association with the detected problem driving state; and in-vehicle device side communication means 18 which transmits the driving situation to a home device 2.
