CELL DRIVEN BY ELECTRIC FIELD AND THE OPERATION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A cell driven by an electric field and an operating method thereof are provided to control the potential and location of an operating object by using the operating object which does not have a DC or pulse type voltage or permanent charges. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode(210) is separated from a second electrode(220). An operating object(100) moves between the first electrode and the second electrode. The operating object does not have permanent charges. A DC or pulse type voltage is applied to the first electrode and the second electrode. At least one of the strength of the DC or pulse type voltage, a potential change speed, a pulse waveform, and pulse maintaining time is adjusted.
