The present invention refers to a sealer composition, process for obtaining the composition and use thereof for treating/sealing leakages of hydrocarbons and natural gas in control lines of safety devices installed in the conducting pipes, using a pasty composition based on neoprene and a silicon paste. The invention also refers to the technique for applying the sealer in control lines of safety devices installed in components and temperatures of surface connections. The purpose of the present invention is to solve the problem related to the main disadvantages presented in the application of sealers which require high curing times, where the inventive sealer, due to the characteristics thereof, acts in an immediate manner working in the leakages at high temperatures.
