The device has a body comprising a continuous channel in which a dispensing valve is arranged with an operation handle (6). A connecting unit connects a hose (5) i.e. shower hose, at an end of the channel for water supply. A connection pipe (4) or a flushing pipe is sealingly arranged in an opening that is provided at another end of the channel. A temperature sensor (1) measures water temperature in the channel. The flushing pipe is ergonomically bent, and consists of multiple interconnectable parts, where an end of the flushing pipe is formed in spherical or cone-shape.
