The ink comprises a mixture of di-basic ester and cyclo-hexanone solvents in the ratio of about 2:1 by weight. To the mixture is added a partially soluble fluorescent or phosphorescent dye in the form of a powder of about 12 - 14 microns in size. The powder remains in the solvents until it dissolves to a size of about 1 to microns. When the dye is this size, the mixture of dye and the solvents is suitable for use as an ink in an ink jet printer. |
