PURPOSE: An insulation distribution panel for extra-high voltage exclusive overhead electric power line distribution is provided to prevent a bird to build a nest in around a support by reflecting sunlight through an eradication tool of a fixture and obstructing a visual field of the bird. CONSTITUTION: A temporary installation plate(100) is installed at an arm brace(2) which can be moved. The arm brace is installed at an electric pole(1). An insulator(200) of insulating material is installed on the temporary installation plate. A block main body is detachably installed on the upper side of insulator. A connector(300) is detachably installed on the upper side of the insulator by the medium of a pair of pressurization blocks. A fixture(400) steadily fixes one or more overhead electric power lines(L). A transformer(500) is installed at the exterior of the electric pole by the medium of a fixing means.
