PURPOSE: An improved low speed generator is provided to reduce rotary resistance which is applied to a rotator by rotating the rotator and an internal casing at the same time to a same direction. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of turning gears(155) is combined with a fixed gear(138). The turning gear revolves according to the circumference of the fixed gear. An internal casing(150) is combined to a rotary shaft to outside of a stator. The internal casing is rotated by the rotary shaft, the plurality of turning gears, and the fixed gear. A external casing(160) is fixed to rotary shaft supporting board(102) to outside of both sides of the internal casing which is rotated by the rotary shaft. A coil connected with an external wire is reeled on the inner circumferential face of the stator.
